Before You Call.

Do I need an appointment? +
Nope. Walk-ins are welcome at all three shop locations 7 days a week. If you want to guarantee a bay and avoid a wait, scheduling online or calling ahead is always appreciated — but never required.
Is the diagnosis really free? +
Yes. We provide a full vehicle assessment and give you a written quote before any work begins. You decide what to fix — no pressure, no surprises.
What does the 2-year warranty cover? +
All mechanical repairs come with a 2-year warranty on both parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within 2 years, we fix it at no charge. Body and paint work carries a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle.
What are your hours? +
All three locations are open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. We are closed Sundays. Walk-ins welcome anytime during business hours.
Do you work with insurance directly for collision repairs? +
Absolutely. We work directly with all major insurance carriers. Bring your claim number or have them send the estimate directly to us. We'll handle the paperwork, fight for OEM parts when appropriate, and keep you updated throughout the repair.
How does the mobile service work? +
We currently offer in-shop service at three locations: Century City, West LA/Culver City, and Bellflower. Walk-ins welcome Mon–Fri 8AM–5PM and Sat 8AM–3PM.
What vehicles do you service? +
All makes and models — domestic, import, and European. Toyota, Honda, BMW, Mercedes, Ford, Chevy, Jeep, Tesla (some services), and everything in between. If it has four wheels, we can handle it.
